Having trouble playing any of our videos in our video archive? Try one of these three things. If the first one doesn't work try the second one...etc. Thanks, and sorry for any inconvenience.

 

1. If our direct YouTube link does not work or if you are on/using a restricted server then you can usually still view our Yahoo account's videos. To get there, go to our Video Archive, and click where it says "Our Y! Video Profile".

 

2. You could try and visit our BrightCove account and see if the video you would like is on there. (We do not keep ALL of our videos archived on BrightCove so it may not work. To get to our brightcove account go here: http://www.brightcove.tv/channel.jsp?channel=1321328124.

 

3. You may need to re-install Adobe Flashplayer in order to play some of the YouTube videos.
